Job Summary
Lead regional HRIS operations across Southeast Asia by managing Oracle Fusion HCM systems, ensuring data integrity, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Conduct regular data audits, automate reporting for workforce planning, and streamline employee lifecycle processes through automation and business process re-engineering. Partner with HRBPs, IT, and vendors to execute technology roadmaps, manage system upgrades, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and data privacy laws. Balance hands-on system configuration with strategic advisory roles to enhance organizational effectiveness and user adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 6–8 years of HRIS experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on Oracle HRIS (Fusion HCM or similar)
- Strong expertise in HR data management, reporting, and analytics
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation, system upgrades, or digital transformation projects
- Experience managing multi-country HRIS operations, preferably within Southeast Asia
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to automation tools (RPA, Power Automate) and emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI)
