Job Summary
Lead the delivery of key HRIS initiatives (e.g., SuccessFactors) to align HR functional needs with the Group's technology ecosystem, drive deployment of HRIS solutions, gather and structure HR business requirements, design and facilitate functional workshops, promote a user-centric UX approach, build communities of practice on Core HR topics, and collaborate with external partners to support compliance and HR transformation in an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors) including Core HR processes and system configuration principles
- Solid understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, workforce planning, data governance) and their impact on HR data
- Proven experience in managing HRIS projects, from scoping to deployment (budget, timeline, risks, stakeholders)
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Strong focus on user experience (UX) and adoption, ensuring intuitive and value-added solutions
