Job Summary

HRIS + HR Operations Program Manager with Workday and HR operations expertise to bridge technology, compliance, and operational excellence. Leads governance, coordinates system upgrades and integrations, conducts process audits for compliance, oversees regulatory filings, delivers centralized reporting and dashboards, analyzes HR metrics, influences leadership with data-driven insights, and manages relationships with internal stakeholders and outsourced payroll providers. Role requires collaboration across IT, vendors, and HR to ensure data integrity, process improvement, and alignment with organizational priorities; remote work with monthly travel to the South Bend, IN office (approximately 20% onsite).

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including system configuration, reporting, and cross-module administration
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure to HR operations, compliance, and process management
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • preferred: PHR, SPHR, or PMP certification
  • preferred: bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
