Job Summary
Hybrid HRIS/Payroll Specialist responsible for administering UKG HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity, and serving as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll and IT. Provides backup payroll processing, supports leave administration, training, LMS, and HR initiatives, and develops reports and analytics to support HR metrics and business decisions. "Lead system upgrades, manage integrations between UKG and ERP, and drive process improvements while maintaining data privacy and security."
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience including UKG HRIS administration
- 2+ years payroll processing experience
- Experience with data security and multi-state HR operations
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop training materials and support HR programs
