Job Summary
HRIS & Payroll Manager overseeing ADP Workforce Now, HR analytics, and in-house multi-state payroll for North America. Responsible for robust reporting, data integrity of the HRIS, and collaboration with HR and Finance. Provides training to end users, develops KPIs and dashboards, supports merit/bonus processes and the Affirmative Action Plan, and leads strategic projects aligning with organizational goals. Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong analytical, data-entry, and interpersonal skills; capable of handling confidential information and ensuring timely payroll processing and year-end reporting (W-2s). Travel 0-5%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. Relevant job experience may be considered instead of a degree.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in HRIS and payroll processing.
- Strong preference for experience with ADP Workforce Now, with desired proficiency in ADP custom reporting.
