Job Summary
HRIS & Payroll Expert who serves as the bridge between Rheem’s Global HR Tech team (US) and local European HR organizations. Responsible for implementing and managing HRIS, payroll systems, and HR/payroll technologies in Europe; collaborates with local IT and HR teams; translates trends and policy into strategies to drive adoption of new HR tech; provides technical support to HR departments; conducts regular data-quality audits; trains HR staff on new systems and capabilities; acts as a sparring partner for the payroll administrator on new developments and changes. Key outcomes include maintaining relationships with Global HR Tech and local HR departments, optimizing HR- and payroll-software and processes, leading HR- and payroll-software rollout projects (e.g., SD Worx, Oracle, Protime), implementing and maintaining HRIS and related interfaces with IT, providing back-up payroll coverage during absence or peaks, and generating reports and analyses to support decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience as HR Technology Specialist or in a similar role
- Thorough knowledge of payroll, HRIS systems and databases
- Excellent command of the English language
