HRIS Manager, Workday responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday platform with a strong focus on functional design, system configuration, and process improvement across key HCM modules. Serves as a subject matter expert in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, and Absence Management, ensuring the system is scalable, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs. Delivers reporting and analytics solutions, including dashboards and calculated fields, to support data-driven decision-making. Partners with HR, IT, and external vendors to enhance system capabilities and user experience. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Workday modules, owning Advanced Compensation cycles and performance processes, optimizing Absence Management, maintaining Benefits configuration, designing a secure Workday access framework, ensuring data integrity and governance, supporting integrations with internal/external systems, assisting with Workday releases, and developing end-user documentation and training materials.
