Job Summary
HRIS Manager at Sciens Building Solutions oversees planning, development, testing, implementation, data management, reporting, and user support for the HRIS, including integration with systems like SAP and Active Directory. Responsibilities include leading HRIS projects, change management, designing and distributing reports, supervising HRIS staff, identifying training needs, creating training content, and ensuring documentation and managed shared processes. Requires 7+ years of HRIS administration, Workday proficiency, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and analytical skills; travel may be required, and remote work is approved.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited program
- Seven (7) or more years of HRIS administration experience
- preferably Workday
- at least three (3) years of HR management or business partner experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency of the Workday platform (HCM modules: benefits, time, payroll, recruiting, performance, learning)
- Extensive knowledge of information systems, data management and reporting
- Knowledge of HRIS functions, policies and processes
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment law guidelines & policies and compliance regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational, project and process management skills
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Ability to work remote in a positive and efficient manner
