Job Summary
Oversees ADP Vantage and ADP Workforce Now HRIS platforms; lead administration, optimization, and data governance across HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management. Partners with HR leadership, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Operations, and IT to support a high-volume, multi-state workforce; develops and executes an HRIS roadmap aligned with growth and regulatory requirements. Improves employee lifecycle processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, offboarding), enhances self-service capabilities, and drives data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities include system administration, integrations, vendor coordination, data audits, regulatory reporting (ACA, EEO), HIPAA/compliance, and analytics on headcount, turnover, and workforce trends. Leads HRIS-related projects, ensures data accuracy and security, supports payroll cycles, and provides training and SME guidance for ADP Vantage and ADP Workforce Now.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HRIS experience in ADP Vantage and/or Workforce Now supporting both HR and payroll functions
- Experience supporting a large, multi-state healthcare organization (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience enabling HR processes (talent, employee lifecycle) through HR systems
