Job Summary
Director-level HRIS leader responsible for global HR technology strategy centered on Workday, owning the architecture, governance, and optimization across geographies including Mexico; drives automation, self-service, data quality and system integrity, partners with Benefits, People Operations, Finance, IT, and HR COEs; leads Workday implementations, module rollouts, and integrations; builds and leads a high-performing HRIS team, manages vendor relationships and budgets, ensures compliance with US/global labor regulations, and enables analytics and data-driven decision making through dashboards and self-service capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR technology/HRIS/HR Operations experience owning enterprise HCM systems
- 7+ years of deep Workday experience, including hands-on configuration or product ownership
- 5+ years building and leading HRIS teams in global or matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated partnership with HR COEs and IT to deploy scalable solutions
- Experience with HR/payroll/timekeeping integrations and global process alignment; Mexico or LATAM experience strongly preferred
- Workday configuration, security, integrations, reporting, and business processes (expert-level)
- Preferred certifications: Workday Pro or module-specific certifications; PMP, PRINCE2, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
