Job Summary

Oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company's HR software applications, including administration, user training, adoption, optimization, and innovation. Provide subject matter expertise on the HR application stack and processes, acting as a data steward while collaborating with departmental leadership to enhance the software architecture. Manage relationships with strategic account managers and vendor partners to drive client service and build strong internal relationships with field colleagues. Establish priorities for HR applications aligned with business strategy, execute cyber security goals, and develop use cases for emerging technologies. Lead the development of an HR M&A Playbook to support integration of new acquisitions. Reports to the VP of Enterprise Applications with an office expectation of four days in the office. Located in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years minimum working with SaaS-based HR software
  • Experience in a rapidly-growing middle market company
  • PE-backed company experience
  • Multi-year experience implementing or assessing / enhancing existing HR Information Systems platforms in a consulting capacity
  • Functional experience supporting all aspects of HR system needs, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Performance Management, Employee Services, Benefits, Payroll
  • Proven project delivery experience
  • Outstanding track record of supporting project team delivery of high-quality solutions on-time and on-budget across concurrent and complex projects
  • Impeccable integrity and ethical standards
  • High energy, bias for action, and personal accountability for results
  • Ambitious self-starter
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial yet collaborative and fast-growing business
