HRIS Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee HR technology projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and proper use of retrieved data while managing the HRIS website and employee self-service system. Maintain and update HR web pages, process vendor interfaces and biweekly time/attendance, and perform routine data audits to verify database integrity. Generate custom reports for internal and external requests, resolve system issues, and provide training to HR practitioners and managers. Analyze HR processes to recommend technology-driven improvements and coordinate system upgrades. Ensure confidentiality through strict security protocols and background checks in compliance with Pennsylvania State Police regulations.

- ability to establish user access and security levels
- ability to manage and maintain HR Web database and Self-service system
- ability to maintain and update HRIS web pages
- ability to process HR vendor interface and data feeds
- ability to prepare special/custom reports for employee data
- ability to respond to requests for surveys and labor statistics information
- ability to perform routine data audits
- ability to enter new hire data and process employee ID Badges
- ability to process biweekly Corporate Time/Attendance
- ability to provide training to HR system practitioners and employees
- ability to coordinate and support system expansion and/or upgrade projects
- ability to serve as HRIS main point of contact for all HRIS system problem resolution
- ability to process background checks
- ability to analyze HR processes and make recommendations for improvements via the use of technology
- ability to obtain certain investigative background inquires for all applicants from the Pennsylvania State Police
