Job Summary

Manage all HRIS-related inquiries via the shared mailbox, responding to and redirecting employee data questions while serving as the first point of contact for general HRIS support. Enter and update employee records in the HRIS system to ensure accuracy, processing transfers, reinstatements, and job code creation while maintaining organized data for reporting and audit purposes. Assist Analysts with Tier 2 inquiries, system troubleshooting, and configuration updates, including testing during system upgrades and identifying discrepancies for compliance audits. Support onboarding by setting up user accounts, conducting training sessions for new modules, and developing user materials. Process unemployment, disability, and employment verification requests in accordance with legal requirements and company policies. Hybrid role: Tuesday and Thursday in Office. Salary $52,500.00-62,500.00 per year. 1–2 years of experience in HR or HRIS required.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, HRIS, or a related administrative, clerical or customer service
  • Experience managing high-volume requests and handling confidential employee data
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data accuracy, and confidentiality requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Basic problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity to troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies swiftly
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Employment will also be contingent upon completion of a background check consistent with applicable federal, state, and/or local laws
  • Employment for safety-sensitive positions will be contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen and a physical examination

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HRIS software, such as UKG and ServiceNow
