Job Summary
Run HR discovery conversations and gather requirements to map client processes for leave, attendance, onboarding, performance, and payroll. Configure Zoho People modules including Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Shift, Performance, Files, Cases, and Workflows. Lead data migration from Excel and legacy platforms, conduct user training, and produce client-ready SOPs. Manage go-live, troubleshooting, and post-implementation stabilization while documenting requirements and change requests. This client-facing role involves working directly with founders and CXOs to translate HR operations into functional systems. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in HRMS / HRIS implementation
- HR operations with system exposure
- HR tech support
- Hands-on with at least one HRMS
