Job Summary
Implement full HR solution deployments for clients by analyzing existing processes, configuring software functionalities, and preparing custom reports. Manage a diverse client portfolio as the primary contact point, delivering training to end users and coordinating projects with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to ensure client proximity and support while actively participating in discussions regarding continuous improvement and new feature development. Collaborate within a team environment to share best practices and expertise. Work flexibly from office or home with autonomous time management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk)
- Goede kennis van het Frans
- Aantoonbare professionele ervaring in HR
- Aantoonbare professionele ervaring in projectmanagement
- Ervaring met software-implementatie
