Job Summary
HRIS Business Analyst role supporting Dayforce HRIS, gathering requirements, developing functional specifications, and creating training materials. Partners with HR, IT, and Finance to streamline HR processes; analyzes data flows for process improvements; builds reports and dashboards; ensures data integrity and security; liaises with vendors and tests system enhancements; maintains confidentiality and supports end-users with transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Information Systems Management, or other IT field preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in database administration, system management or HR system administration
- Excellent analytical, organizational and creative problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite to include Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Power BI
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- English proficiency for accurate information exchange
- Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials
- Ability to operate a computer and related office machinery
- Successful pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
