Job Summary
HRIS & Benefits Coordinator responsible for entering and maintaining employee data in the HRIS system, administering benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, ancillary, retirement, FSA, and HSA), managing data integrity, supporting data imports and audits, delivering ad-hoc and scheduled reports, resolving SAP-HR system integration issues, participating in HRIS-related projects, serving as the first point of contact for benefit inquiries, coordinating leave administration (STD/LTD/FMLA) with third-party administrator, managing Workers’ Compensation case administration, coordinating return-to-work processes, and supporting wellbeing initiatives and communications; requires Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, 1+ years HR experience, SAP knowledge a plus, strong data accuracy, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
- HRIS data entry experience required, SAP knowledge a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Intermediate Excel experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Demonstrates sound judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively with competing deadlines.
