Job Summary
Develop and maintain complex custom reports and dashboards in Workday to support workforce analytics and business operations. Conduct regular audits of HRIS data for accuracy, manage data migrations, and assist in designing quarterly reports for senior leadership. Perform quarterly access reviews and security assessments to ensure compliance with federal regulations and frameworks like SOX and GDPR. Partner with HR teams to enhance employee experience through notifications, training sessions, and system demonstrations. Provide technical support for critical Workday issues and automate business processes to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of Workday administrator experience
- hands-on experience configuring reporting, configurations, and troubleshooting for Workday HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, and Core Compensation
- Strong technical understanding of Workday configuration and functionality, including business processes, integrations, and security
- Experience with Workday EIB & Outbound/Inbound Integrations
- Extensive experience with data management, analysis, and modeling Workday and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently through logic and reasoning
- A strong interest in developing a career in HR technology and analytics
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly terms for non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Experience and a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning solutions
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (work from home and office) at Irving, TX
- Must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening, credit check (applicable for certain positions) and reference verification
