Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable Workday system solutions. Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation to implement new functionality based on business needs. Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex system issues while providing day-to-day support for a global userbase, including ticket resolution and data uploads. Develop advanced reports and dashboards to address specific business needs. Continuously optimize processes using Workday capabilities and create training tools to enhance user adoption. Maintain data integrity and share insights on new features to facilitate continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of strong hands on configuration experience
- 3 or more of the Workday modules/areas: core HCM, Absence & Time Off, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Integrations, Recruitment, Reporting, Security
- Must have working proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and explain technical concepts in practical terms in both languages
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts
