HRIS Analyst - UKG Technology

Job Summary
HRIS Analyst for UKG Technology responsible for translating business requirements into functional HRIS specifications and leading HRIS-enabled projects on the UKG platform (scheduling, timekeeping, leave, payroll). Design, develop, and maintain dataviews and dashboards; create internal technical docs and end-user materials; promote self-service analytics; participate in BI Center of Excellence to uphold governance; provide day-to-day user support and training; ensure compliance with Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System procedures. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology or related field (or commensurate experience) and 3+ years of UKG Technology experience with scheduling, timekeeping, leave, payroll; UKG configuration experience; project management experience; strong written and verbal communication; analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot; and advanced MS Office proficiency. Travel up to 5%. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Charter cannot sponsor employment visas at this time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology or related degree, or commensurate experience
- Three plus years experience in UKG Technology with scheduling, timekeeping, leave, payroll modules
- UKG configuration experience with break/fix resolutions, enhancements and release functionality
- Service first approach and end-user design focus
- Project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot basic system functionality across the HR technology ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Desired Qualifications
- Functional Human Resources experience
- Quantitative data experience working with data visualization and HR analytics
