Job Summary
HRIS Analyst on-site in Toms River, NJ, supporting UKG Pro HR/Payroll and UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping; responsibilities include end-user support, system configuration updates (security, pay rules, settings), managing ticketing workflows via Freshworks, monitoring integrations and data flows, driving process improvements and automation, generating/validating HR/payroll reports, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to resolve system issues, and maintaining system documentation and troubleshooting guides.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and/or UKG Pro WFM (Kronos)
- Basic understanding of HR, Payroll, or Timekeeping processes
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support end users
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
