Job Summary
The Workday HRIS Analyst will support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday HCM system in a dynamic hybrid role. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HRIS functionality, collaborating across departments, generating reports, and providing end-user training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience working with Workday.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
