HRIS Analyst

Job Summary
Maintain accurate HRIS data, generate and automate HR reports and dashboards, provide HRIS support to internal stakeholders, troubleshoot HRIS and reporting issues via ticketing systems, assist in system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives, document HR processes, system updates, and workflow changes, ensure compliance with data privacy and information security standards, and assist in HR and system audits as required. Support change management activities related to HR systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), or similar data/reporting systems
- Experience in reporting, data management, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables required; experience with Macros is an advantage)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information
