Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for administering, enhancing, and supporting the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), focusing on system configuration, data integrity, reporting, process improvement, testing, and end-user support. Key responsibilities include configuring HRIS modules, serving as a subject matter expert, developing test scripts, leading user acceptance testing, performing data validation and audits, supporting HRIS integrations, and generating HR reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience in system configuration, reporting, data auditing, and HR technology support required
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with HR reporting tools and HR data analysis
  • Ability to design and execute testing plans for new features and system upgrades
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment
