Job Summary
Administer the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) by configuring it for business needs, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity. Act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for end-users, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting for technical errors and access issues. Assist managers with processing Personnel Action Forms and employee profile updates while performing regular audits and developing system procedures. Create visual aids to demonstrate data trends and recommend solutions for identified issues. Implement and modify system requirements to meet evolving business needs and handle ad-hoc requests from the HR team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with a Human Resources Information System
- Solid organizational and analytical skills
- Focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and discreetly with extremely confidential information
- Highly proficient in MS software
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
