Job Summary
HRIS Functional Analyst leads Workday workstreams and serves as the subject matter expert for modules such as Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Payroll, Learning, Absence, and Retirement. Owns and maintains Workday configurations, develops standards and documentation, partners with HR COEs and AMS to design workflows, triages issues, tests fixes, and drives end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement. Acts as Tier 3 support and collaborates with HR Service Center, COEs, and cross-functional teams to support annual HR processes and roadmap management. Strong communication, collaboration, and project-management skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Human Resources, Information Management or related field and 2+ years of relevant technology-based experience; Workday experience, required.
