Job Summary
HRIS Analyst to support Divcon’s HRIS (Rippling) data reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Own HR data reporting, KPI development, dashboard creation, HRIS process improvements, and data integrity across HR operations. Collaborate with HR leadership, recruiting, IT, finance, and vendors to optimize data flow, reporting accuracy, and system integrations; support compensation data administration and ensure data accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining HR/recruiting dashboards, defining HR KPIs, analyzing workforce trends, supporting Rippling configurations, data validation, data mapping, and post-implementation support; develop advanced Excel-based reports and Power BI visuals; ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee data and contribute to HR technology roadmap and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR operations, people analytics, HR data analysis, HR technology, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience with Rippling HRIS
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills
- Experience building dashboards and metrics for HR
- Understanding of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compensation, etc.)
- Data integrity and governance knowledge
- Project coordination skills
- Confidential data handling expertise
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR operations, people analytics, HR data analysis, HR technology, or a related field
- Experience working with HRIS platforms required; hands-on Rippling experience required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, conditional logic, data validation, data cleaning, and large data set analysis
- Power BI experience preferred, including dashboard development, data visualization, and recurring reporting; not required
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, documentation, stakeholder communication, and follow-through
- Working knowledge of HR processes and data across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, payroll, benefits, compensation, performance, compliance, and workforce planning
- Experience supporting compensation administration, compensation structures, job levels, pay ranges, or compensation reporting preferred
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and system issues
- Occasional travel as needed to support training, onboarding, or workforce development initiatives
