Job Summary
Administer, optimize, and support the organization's Human Resources Information System, focusing on Rippling configuration, maintenance, and enhancements. Manage employee data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems while building reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership. Support and optimize workflows including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management by troubleshooting system issues and leading upgrades, implementations, and process improvements. Regularly audit data and workflows to maintain compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements, training HR and business users on system functionality and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience
- Experience with system integrations (HRIS, ERP, timekeeping systems)
- Hands-on experience with Rippling (configuration, reporting, workflows)
- U.S. person status (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or individual with protected status under U.S. immigration laws)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Knowledge of HR processes, data governance, and compliance requirements
- Experience with system integrations and APIs
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
Desired Qualifications

- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or distribution environments
- Knowledge of payroll, time & attendance systems, and labor tracking
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in manufacturing environments (labor laws, safety reporting)
- Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments
- Familiarity with other HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Experience in a fast-paced or scaling organization
