Job Summary
Administer, maintain, and optimize the Bank's HRIS and related applications while ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Maintain employee records, organizational structures, and system configurations; coordinate upgrades, testing, and enhancements. Solve HRIS issues directly or with vendors, analyze workforce metrics, and identify automation opportunities to streamline processes. Lead system projects, implement integrations, and recommend technology solutions. Document procedures, create training materials, and support managers and employees. This role drives strategic workforce planning and improves employee experiences within a growth commercial bank.
Required Qualifications
- Strong "People First" interest and ability.
- Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations, employment laws, HR data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience supporting an HRIS platform such as Paylocity, UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, Rippling or similar.
- Experience creating reports and analyzing HR data.
- Advanced Google Suite and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
- Presence, confidence, and communication skills that assure effective participation at all levels of an organization.
Desired Qualifications
- Banking or financial services experience preferred.
