Job Summary
HRIS & HR Operations Specialist focused on managing HRIS systems and onboarding processes, owning data integrity, reporting, compliance, and issue resolution. Responsibilities include onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify management, system audits, troubleshooting accruals and time-off policies, data integrations, system access and workflows, SME for HRIS functions (Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, LMS, Integrations, Recruitment), and vendor management (Paycor, benefits providers). Role involves annual Open Enrollment support, benefits EDI file management, and a 3-day onsite / 2-day WFH schedule after training; located in Dallas, TX with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years progressive HRIS management experience
- Experience with Onboarding, I-9's and E-Verify
- Working knowledge of HRIS and benefits enrollment systems, Paycor or Paychex experience heavily preferred
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage numerous priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-up
- Solution driven mindset with a passion for understanding the “why” behind system functionality
- Customer service-related disposition and mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Team player mentality
