Job Summary
Administer, configure, and maintain HRIS systems while ensuring data integrity and generating reports to support business needs. Partner with the People Team Leadership to analyze work processes, design improvements, and implement change management strategies. Perform system maintenance, including testing upgrades, patching, and collaborating with technical staff on fixes. Provide production support by researching and resolving HRMS problems, documenting procedures, and conducting training for new and existing users. Develop metrics to track process effectiveness and recommend innovative solutions for workflows, payroll, and benefits administration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as an HRIS Administrator or 3 or more years as HRIS Analyst
- Proven experience working with HRIS products
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms
- Proficient in Human Resource Information Systems (UKGPro experience desirable)
- Self-starter, ability to work effectively both with and without supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal business partners
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or similar experience
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
