Job Summary

HRIS Analyst responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR and organizational data across HR systems and related platforms. Partners with HR, Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and effective integration across the HR technology ecosystem. Role requires detail-oriented, analytical work in a fast-paced environment, supporting both operational and system-related HR needs. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, departments, locations, and structures in HRIS; supporting ancillary HR platforms; assisting with system upgrades and maintenance; evaluating change requests for configuration and integration impacts; gathering business requirements; executing unit, integration, and UAT testing; developing and maintaining data standards and process documentation; performing routine data audits; supporting reporting and ad hoc data requests; and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with Technology teams and vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting HR systems within an HRIS, HR, or payroll environment
  • Experience managing organizational and workforce data, including departments, positions, and location structures
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or similar HRIS platforms
  • Experience supporting integrations, vendor systems, or HR data workflows
  • Experience with HR reporting, queries, or workforce analytics
  • Curiosity and interest in continuous process and system improvement
