Job Summary
As an HRIS Administrator, you will lead full-lifecycle UKG implementations and optimization projects, design custom business rules and workflows, build integrations, and develop advanced reporting. This role requires expertise in UKG Pro and Dimensions, along with experience in API development, SQL reporting, and compliance with payroll regulations. You will interact with internal stakeholders, provide Level 3 production support, conduct requirements workshops, and document processes. Strong communication, troubleshooting skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field are necessary for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on configuration and development in UKG Pro and/or UKG Dimensions
- Prior experience at a UKG partner or UKG customer
- Agile/Scrum project methodology experience
- Expert-level proficiency in UKG Pro Calculated Fields, Business Rules, Event Manager
- UKG Dimensions WFC Scripting (Java-based), Genies, Hyperfind Queries
- UKG Integration Studio and API development (OAuth, JSON, XML)
- Strong SQL (T-SQL or PL/SQL) for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Boomi or other iPaaS platforms for UKG integrations
- Proven track record in US multi-state payroll configuration and year-end processing (W-2, 1099)
- Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and UKG Ready
