Job Summary
Manage the Human Resources system of record by ensuring data integrity, system security, and optimal function through configuration, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades. Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS challenges, including research, resolution, process correction, and standard or custom reporting needs. Collaborate with HR assistants, generalists, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, and IT to execute system updates, data integration with carriers and Active Directory, and the implementation of new applications. Streamline HR data, dashboard analytics, and reporting while monitoring regulatory compliance, data privacy, and SOX audit activities. Design annual performance review templates, create managerial salary plans, and provide ongoing training to the HR team on HRIS technology.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- General knowledge of HR laws and best practices
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- 3 - 5 years of experience with HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM certification
- Previous experience working in the assigned line of business and/or in banking
- Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws
