Job Summary
HRIS Administrator responsible for management, optimization, and governance of HR systems (notably Paycom) as the system of record SME, ensuring data integrity and daily operations. Drives process improvements, supports payroll/benefits data accuracy, develops and tests enhancements, creates workforce-metrics reports, automates HR workflows, and collaborates with hiring managers to maintain standardized, DOL-compliant job descriptions and training materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience and/or education
- At least 2 years of people operations/human resources roles, including hands-on experience managing HRIS platforms
- Strong proficiency with HR database structures, reporting tools as well as Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work consistently while maintaining confidentiality
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments
