Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for overseeing Workday projects, including administration, integration development, and project management within Human Resources. Key duties include defining project scopes, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting integrations with Workday, leading testing for upgrades, and preparing detailed reports for both technical and general users. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least four years of relevant experience, with specific expertise in Workday modules. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage client expectations and develop risk mitigation practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the Human Resources field
- Between two to three years of experience with Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence modules
- Experience building and supporting integrations within Workday, including cloud connect, Studio, and EIBs
- General understanding of all functional areas of Human Resources
- Ability to work cross-functionally within Human Resources and effectively interact with other departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office software applications
- High degree of independent judgment and discretion
- Excellent analytical skills
- Detailed oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external clients
