Job Summary
Senior HRFS Payroll Tax Analyst responsible for medium-to-complex tax accounting/withholding, reporting, analysis, and audit activities to ensure accurate payroll tax reporting and support client teams. Key duties include calculating retroactive tax and gross-to-net calculations, preparing and balancing W-2 files, maintaining tax data integrity, processing W-2 corrections, providing tax support for escalated issues, coordinating tax data loads, resolving tax-related rejects, reconciling tax-related balance sheet accounts, and supporting mergers/divestitures. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and Workday experience; bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 5–7 years payroll tax experience. Remote work available in a virtual US-based capacity, with emphasis on collaboration across multi-client, multi-shore environments and adherence to internal/external audits and KPI objectives.
