Job Summary
HR Business Partner (HRBP) role focused on aligning HR strategy with business planning. Responsible for diagnosing organizational needs, identifying pain points, and delivering end-to-end talent solutions including selection, development, retention, and competency management. Lead or contribute to organizational development initiatives, drive culture building, and implement changes through governance and process improvements. Leverage OD methodologies and HR digital tools to optimize HR management, policies, and workflows. Requires exposure to high-tech/software/Internet industries; strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a proactive, learning mindset to enable rapid organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years HRBP or OD experience
- strong experience in talent selection, development and retention, and competency management
- familiarity with OD methodologies and experience leading or being core members of organizational change
- able to drive strategic execution and organizational development initiatives
- prior HRBP experience in high-tech, software, internet industries and sales organizations is a plus
