Job Summary
HR Business Partner role bridging business and HR across strategic and operational domains. Drive performance management, associate engagement & development, career coaching, and compliance with HR practices and guidelines. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast supply and demand and offer tailor-made solutions. Lead HR strategy to enhance the employee experience, build an employer brand, and enable an engaged workforce. Partner with the L&D team to address skill gaps, oversee training provision, and support promotions and salary administration. Role requires strong relationship-building across locations, effective communication at all levels, and the ability to implement world-class HR processes.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in HR from a tier I institute
- 8-16 years HR experience
- HRBP experience in a reputed Global MNC
