Job Summary
HRBP Workforce Planning role focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, translating business challenges into HR plans, overseeing talent acquisition and staffing for new launches, conducting workforce planning, data-driven analysis, KPI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize talent utilization. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 1-2 years in HR with manufacturing experience, senior/lead HR experience, and strong analytical/display skills; located in Elizabethtown, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years in HR (manufacturing required, automotive preferred)
- experience in a senior or lead HR role (large plant or global role)
- experience as an HR Generalist and Strategic Advisor
- experience in workforce planning and staffing processes
- experience leading large-scale projects
- strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills
- strong analytical and data visualization skills (advanced Excel)
- proficient in PowerPoint
- fluent in English
