Job Summary
As a Guru you will partner with business unit managers to drive talent strategies, coach leaders, and strengthen talent development across PropertyGuru’s Southeast Asia markets. You will collaborate with recruiting, training & development, and finance to optimize acquisition, integration, and development of talent; promote employee experience, wellness, and talent-management programs; provide HR generalist and advisory services with a consistent, integrated approach; and champion company culture to align people with business goals. The role emphasizes hybrid flexible working and delivering outcomes, with responsibilities spanning leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, and stakeholder collaboration to support growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR business partnership roles in previous organizations especially in the Technology industry
- A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including but not limited to: diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management & employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
