HRBP & Project management intern

Job Summary
Intern within Coty’s local HR team at the Amsterdam HQ, supporting the HRBP team with daily HR activities and projects. You will assist with employee communications, maintaining HR data, and tracking key actions; contribute to HR projects such as engagement initiatives, training coordination, learning & development, and retention initiatives; conduct research and prepare presentations/reports to support HR decision-making; build relationships with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvements; participate in and lead aspects of our intern community in a fast-paced, international environment. Requires pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, communications, marketing, business management or related field; strong communication skills in English; proactive, curious, insightful and driven with the ability to balance creativity with analytics. This is a full-time internship for 6 months (40 hrs/week) with an omni-working policy offering up to 50% work from home.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business management or related field
