Job Summary
HRBP Operations role focused on guiding employee-related matters and HR policies, coaching and counseling when needed, implementing HR policies and processes, workforce planning and manpower sourcing, maintaining organization structures, coordinating HR projects, and managing industrial relations with employees, labor unions, local communities, and government authorities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience; strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; familiarity with QMS and employee relations practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
