Job Summary
Partner with business leaders and HR COEs as a strategic people partner for the Philippines Market Unit and Asia. Develop HR strategies aligned with business imperatives, lead talent reviews and succession planning, and manage complex employee relations cases with full compliance to local labor laws. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to drive engagement, resolve conflicts, and guide teams through organizational changes while leveraging data to identify patterns and develop tailored retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- More than 5 years of solid HR experience
- At least 3 years in a HRBP role
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
- Knowledge of compensation practices
- Knowledge of organizational diagnosis
- Knowledge of employee relations
- Knowledge of talent management
- Strong comprehension of Philippines employment laws
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
