HRBP Manager ( relocate to the USA )

Manage human resources functions in international subsidiaries by addressing business unit requirements and enhancing HR management standards and processes. Execute HR strategies covering talent identification, recruitment, employee development, organizational governance, culture enhancement, and compliance oversight. Merge resources from headquarters with regional operations to establish and refine policies tailored for overseas entities while overseeing their execution. Manage external partnerships and internal collaboration efforts to support the company's supply capabilities in the U.S. market. This role requires experience in manufacturing HR within Texas, knowledge of local labor laws, and bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
