Job Summary
Execute the People Cycle by aligning global and regional strategies with business priorities. Implement talent pipeline projects to address key opportunities while partnering with stakeholders on employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, and diversity initiatives. Lead succession and workforce planning efforts to develop leadership talent across the business, drive change management to improve processes, and foster connections with key stakeholders for effective communication. Support the execution of the People Agenda and collaborate on HR solutions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic HR role
- Strong result-driven and problem-solving skills
