Job Summary
HR Business Partner Manager for a 12-month contract focused on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management. Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies centered on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development; drive key initiatives in areas such as organisation design, brand presence, and employee experience while coaching and supporting people managers through performance and change processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with advanced degrees in Business, Psychology, Statistics or related HR discipline.
