HRBP - Learning & Development Specialist (H/F)

Manage the daily HR operations for a 50-person support function population, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, succession planning, and disciplinary matters. Lead the national Talent Development strategy by coordinating annual training plans, selecting external providers, and deploying internal programs on leadership, management, and self-awareness. Analyze key HR metrics like turnover and engagement to recommend organizational improvements and support business growth. Ensure compliance with labor law and manage the training budget while acting as the primary liaison between HR, managers, and headquarters.
