Job Summary
Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day people operations and business initiatives, including assisting with the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to engagement. Coordinate recruitment, talent development, and internal HR projects across business teams while preparing reports, maintaining employee data, and supporting people analytics. Partner with stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to HR process improvements. This 3–6 month internship within the JD Young program offers hands-on exposure to real projects and responsibilities, allowing you to learn from experienced teams and gain insights into how a global business operates.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Chinese language skills are essential
- US Green Card holder
- OPT candidate status
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated
- Proactive
- Eager to build a long-term career in HR
- Potential to transition into a full-time HRBP (JDS) role
