Job Summary
Support Talent Partner for longlist and interview arrangements; assist with the Employer Brand program and school recruitment initiatives (Engineering Power Start Program) including pre-publicity, resume screening, candidate communications, and interview coordination; organize and oversee daily operations of the internship program; contribute to employer branding activities and school-enterprise relationships by staying informed on school dynamics and resources; help ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines; embody Hitachi Energy values of safety and integrity while collaborating with colleagues and the business; participate in planning and implementation of internal and external brand activities; use strong Microsoft Office skills to support program administration and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate junior, senior or graduate student, electrical, mechanical and human resources or related majors preferred
- Working at least 4 days per week and more than 4 months
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel or PowerPoint
- Good teamwork and service awareness, Patience and kind at work. Act quickly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure
